Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept most major credit cards, Shop, Paypal and Google Pay. We do not offer afterpay at this time.


Do you offer payment plans or split payments?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer split payments or afterpay.


I did not recieve an order confirmation email.
Please check all inboxes as sometimes it auto-populates with an old email address. If you still cannot find, let us know and we will happily resend!


Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We are not able to accommodate address changes or order modifications after you order, per the notice in description and at checkout. As a small business, we do not have the capacity to be on Customer Service duty 24/7, and our shippers often ship orders out same day which does not give us enough time to flag changes. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order!

Shipping & Delivery

1. I put the wrong address or am missing an apartment #. What do I do?We are not able to accommodate address changes or order modifications after you order, per the notice in product description and at checkout. As a small business, we do not have the capacity to respond to customer service 24/7, and our shippers often ship orders out same day which does not give us enough time to flag changes. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order!

If you are missing an apartment number, we suggest taping a note on your mailbox with your name - often times it'll end up in the right place! If not, it may get returned to sender, and reshipping charges will occur.

2. Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally!

3. How long does shipping take?
US shipping on average takes 2-5 business days depending on proximity to New Jersey with USPS Ground. international Shipping times vary depending on location. Typically we ship best rate (USPS Ground or UPS Worldwide Expedited depending on closest rate to the $22 flat rate charged)

4. How much does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99.
International shipping is $22 and may have additional fees/duties depending on destination.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once yourorder has shipped.

6. Can I pick up my order?
At the moment, we don’t offer local pickup as our inventory is stored at our warehouse.

7. I have a birthday or date I need this by - can I opt for expedited shipping?Yes, we can facilitate this - just shoot us an email with all details like item(s), styles, and shipping address to draw up an estimate! We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Missing Packages / Damages

1. What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
We’re always happy to help however we can. First, please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. Please note that once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier, but we’re here to help with next steps if needed.

If you cannot find your package but it has been marked delivered, we recommend asking neighbors or checking inside your mailbox as this has often led to success! If you still cannot locate it, unfortunately this is outside of our responsibility - you can submit a claim with USPS and repurchase through our site if you are able to get a refund!

2. What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Please take photos of the item and packaging and email them to customerservice@courtneykinnare.comand we’ll take a look and help sort next steps. Hold onto all packaging to remain eligible for a refund or replacement - it may need to be further inspected by USPS or our team. If you discard of the packaging or evidence, we are unfortunately unable to assist in a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
To request a return, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Items must be sent back to us in their original condition and packaging, and once received and confirmed, we’ll issue a refund for
the item cost. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

2. Are returns free?
We’re happy to accept returns, however shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. For returns from outside the U.S., we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

3. How long do refunds take?
Once items are returned and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. I would like to exchange my item.
We can definitely facilitate an exchange! Shoot us an email within 7 days of receiving your item and we will provide the return address and an invoice for shipping of your new item once the original is recieved and inspected.
